DepositsWe require a $500.00 deposit to hold the puppy of your choice. Our pups are $3000.00 and UP depending on color and sex. This deposit is your guarantee that we will not place the puppy of choice with anyone else. This deposit also serves as our guarantee that you will be purchasing the puppy specified, therefore the deposit is non-refundable. Deposits are only returned if a puppy is not available. You will be notified when your puppy is ready to go home.

We are willing to work with you with most payment arrangements. We accept Cash, Money Orders, and all major credit cards through Square. If you choose to use Square, there will be a 3.5 % surcharge transaction fee. This is the fee we are all charged through Square per transaction. All puppies will stay at our home until they are paid for in full.
Pricing
Our puppies are priced depending on color, and gender you are interested in and also if you are interested in a pet only (NO PAPERS), or for breeding/showing (upon prior approval only), or limited AKC. All of our puppies can be AKC registered. A puppy sold with limited registration will have AKC papers, but is sold on a pet basis only. This means that there are no breeding/show rights. We offer limited for a lesser price, with a spay/neuter contract. The AKC papers will be provided upon proof of spay/neuter. If puppies are shipped, the health guarantee stands. If a puppy is to be shipped, please note that you have read and agree to terms of the health guarantee before purchasing a puppy. If being Sold with FULL AKC, we require you to put Seymour's at the front of registered name.
Health Guarantee
To be free of infections or disease for a period of 5 days. (distemper, rabies) no other infectious disease viruses are covered under this replacement guarantee and the buyer accepts this agreement. Buyer agrees to have puppy or puppies checked within 48 hours by his or her veterinarian at their own expense. If not, guarantee is void. Guarantee does not cover hernias of any kind, testicles not descending, reproduction, size, color, or temperament.
Guarantee is void if puppy is sold or transferred to another owner.
Under no circumstance will the purchase price of puppy be returned. Breeder may replace any puppy should the circumstance warrant replacement within 3 years, such as, if the puppy is found to have a serious life threatening genetic defect.
Replacement will be provided by breed if puppy fails to live up to the guarantee in this contract. Replacement time and selection is up to the breeder, but shall not be unreasonable. The puppy to be replaced must be brought to the breeder, along with any medical records and findings from buyers veterinarian, for the evaluation before replacement. Replacement shall be same quality, unless the buyer agrees to pay the difference. If the puppy’s health is in question, the buyer agrees to have checked by the seller’s choice at the expense of the buyer. Both the buyer and the seller agrees to abide by the diagnosis of the vet.
In any replacement circumstance, registration papers are to be signed over to the breeder, and the animal returned before replacement, or proof from a veterinarian that the puppy was euthanized at the buyer’s expense.
Under no circumstance will the seller be responsible for any expenses incurred by the buyer.
Loose stools or coccidian can be caused by stress and can develop within hours into transport and nothing to do with bad/good breeding. We recommend that a stool sample be analyzed within 48 hours of the puppy arriving to its new home. To assure that the puppy has no internal intestinal parasites. Therefore all puppies going to new homes need a stool sample by the buyers vet to make sure the puppy has not developed any such problems. If such a problem arises, the buyers full responsibility to care for the puppy and will not hold the breeder accountable in any way. The breeder has administered the basic de-worm product recommended by the breeders vet and cannot be held accountable for a problem arising after puppy is delivered to the buyer. The guarantee does not cover parasites, internal or external. If any legal disputes between buyer and seller arise, all legal action must take place in the State of Indiana in the county of Jackson County.
